The Growth tier at $49/mo is notably cheaper than the old Observe Plus ($39) + Ask Plus ($59) = $98/mo combined. However, usage-based pricing means costs scale with traffic, which may be higher for large sites.
What Existing Customers Should Do
1. Check your migration timeline
Log into your Hotjar account. Look for a migration notice or banner. You will receive email notification at least 30 days before your account moves. No action is required on your part.
2. Compare pricing before renewal
Your existing contract terms are honored through the current term. At renewal, compare the new Contentsquare tiers against your current Hotjar plan. The Growth tier may be cheaper than your current Observe + Ask combination.
3. Evaluate alternatives
